Trailed Atomizer with reinforced chassis, fiberglass gfrp tank, very strong rear part to be able to support different type of spoilers, membrane pump and steel multiplying group. The air equipment is very powerful, prepared to fulfill all the necessities of crops.

Characteristics:

• Chassis: Cold laminated steel with detachable rear part, extensible spear and support wheel.
• Main tank: Reinforced fiberglass gfrp with incorporated hand-washer according to c.e. norm
• Pump: High pressure with ceramic pistons and double cylinder head.
• Multiplying group: Steel box with oil bathed gears, two speeds and neutral.
• Propeller: Polypropylene con 8 paddles of variable flow y 820Ø (600 y 800 - 650Ø).
• Covering nozzle: Molded fiberglass and reinforced with aerodynamic spokes and peripheral step of high performance to avoid turbulences.
• Diffuser cone: Molded fiberglass and reinforced con aerodynamic spokes.
• Controllers: Electrical 2 sections in the tractor cabin with an ergonomic design.
• Filters: In the filling lid, the aspiration of the pump and High pressure self-cleaning.
• Nozzles: Double made of metal, anti-dripping, adjustable and reversible.
• Nozzles collector: Polished stainless steel, drilled and threaded without welds.
• Protecting rack: Electrowelded, mountable and zincked in the rear and interior according to C.E norm.
• Axis: Reinforced, detachable, adjustable in height and width.
• Tires: With implemented tracks according to weight and distance.
• Hook: Reinforced, extensible with ring or fish-mouth.
• Light equipment: Yes, with reflective lights and retro-reflectors according to ce norm.
• Braking system:  Double circuit of hydraulic braking from 3000 liters.
• Stirring: Double hydraulic stirring of pressure and return.
• Tractor transmission: Yes, Reinforced with protection according to ce norm.
• Hand washing tank: Yes, incorporated in the barrel (600 liters non available).
• Circuit washer tank: Optional (600 and 800 liters non available).
